Exit techniques and visualization

Hi. I was wondering what exit techniques you use for astral projection and if you use visualization, what visualizations do you use? I'm reading a book and it gave a roll out method but I was wondering about more ideas. Also in the book the author suggests visualizing a meadow and sensing objects like touching the bark of a tree. He also suggests to visualize something you like doing like shopping or something.

Hi. To have one. I haven't had an AP yet. But would like to. :) I think I'm gonna try some of Robert Monroe's methods once I read about them. If you would like to share yours please do. :)
