Hi

I'm not sure if this has been brought up but I'ma go ahead and see if someone can clarify for me a little bit.

So whenever I move around a lot with energy during meditation, especially when I move it around the top area of my body(my chest and up) I get a feeling of the energy wanting to go out.
Sometimes I let it out and it feels really good, kinda like the relief you have after an orgasm. But my question is: is it good to let it out?
Maybe I'm losing useful energy? or lowering my frequency? Because I know the feeling of relief after an orgasm is a feeling of have let go of a lot of "useful" energy..

Should I instead build this energy up more and more instead of letting it go?
The urge of letting it go becomes kinda big after a while and I need to stop focusing on it in order to not let it go out.
