      So, what are these meditation realms

      Sorry about the title, I don't know what their called. But anyways I was looking up astral projection excercises on youtube and on the related videos there were lots of other things, like going to an angelic realm and things like that. Are these dreams? I have no clue what they're about

      Astral projection is basically the idea that you travel the real world in your spirit form, its not scientific in the slightest and is easily criticizable. Most people on DV are of the opinion that AP is just an intense lucid dream.

      I believe Sivason amongst others has a lot of insight in the subject. He wrote a good description of his experiences in a thread that I can't find at the moment. I'll come back with it if I do
