Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Well... I'm not really in to OBE's but I happen to know a method which is probably better for you. Try to roll out of bed with your 'astral' body, I really just think your entering a dream when you OBE, but many people use this technique and it works for them. So I thought I would suggest it to you.

yeah it's annoying isn't it. there's a lot of different techniques out there. spinning out, rolling out, rope technique are all good. sometimes when i get a weak exit like that i won't have vision yet or anything and i'll reach out and ask for help. don't be startled when you feel another hand grabbing yours and pulling you out.
