      Book Recommendations for Vibrational Energy

      Hi everybody,

So I'll first go into a little backstory because I rarely have a chance to talk about this stuff in the real world. I recently graduated college with a degree in biology and psychology. A few months ago I was turned on to some books on the universe/quantum mechanics/theoretical physics. I learned about the double slit experiment and Alain Aspect and the non-objective reality we live in. I was shocked that this stuff is not universally taught in schools. I graduated feeling I had a pretty good grasp of the world only to see I knew nothing. I had taken SO many science classes (although none of them physics) and still had not been made aware of how the universe (us included) operates.

Anyhoo, I kept looking into it and read "Physics of the Soul" by Amit Goswami and "Nothing I See Means Anything" by David Parrish. I am fascinated by these theories that are derived from quantum mechanics. I guess I found spirituality from science, which I never thought would happen. Maybe if science and religion stopped being so hostile toward each other we could all benefit. Again, I digress. I am currently ordering "Wholeness and the Implicate Order" by David Bohm and "The Holographic Universe" by Talbot. I would like to hear any thoughts from people who have read these.

People in this field (and this forum) often mention levels of higher consciousness as higher vibrational frequencies. I am very interested in this concept. So while I am on an Amazon binge, does anyone know of any books (or maybe youtube videos) that examine this from a scientific standpoint? Why vibration? What kind of evidence is out there? I would like some sources to look into (as long as they aren't too mathematic).

      Thanks guys

William Buhlman and Robert Monroe are two authors I would recommend. Both have written several books although in my opinion Monroe's are a little more "scientific". You can think of the vibration concept as radio frequencies or light spectrum. Tune into the frequency in order to experience it. Super brief explanation but I've already written a bunch of comments trying to explain this that you can check back on. Also, from experience as you shift into or tune into these higher frequencies you will often literally feel vibrations throughout your entirety like a tuning fork (or an earthquake about to shake you completely apart). Hope that helps.

I only have that deeper control in my sleep state. It does help me stay very calm in my real life. But I think I can only achieve the connection in my sleeping/dreaming state. It would be considered Delta and/or Gamma brain waves out of the 5 known brain wave levels each person would need. I don't have that deep of control while i'm awake. To attain Gamma brain waves while awake would be really difficult for the best "Dream Controller". Check out the link below.

just to clarify, when people are talking about higher vibrational frequencies in this topic it is not meaning brain wave frequencies.

I must be confused, I just read "Tune into the frequency in order to experience it." How else would you be able to tune into except with your mind and right brain wave frequency? What am I missing?

think of it in terms of density. higher vibrational frequencies are less dense. lower frequencies more dense. the physical plane is very dense therefore no sticking your hand through the wall etc. the topic he's on is not discussing brainwave frequencies. in order to experience the higher vibrational frequencies you need to adjust your own frequency (your soul, spirit, energy body frequency) to match.
