You can hear loud sounds as you falling asleep and when you WILD. People describe them as tornado, strong wind, thunder.

Because of our practice of keeping mind aware while body falls asleep, we are more aware at other times as well. So we can hear these sounds when not WILDing, but just simply falling asleep, maybe after a short trip to the restroom (short WBTB). I remember having strange dreams with loud wind and sometimes thunder, which I believe are sounds of falling asleep that seeped into my dreams.

As to your other question. Those could have been OBEs. No need to be scared of them. You could read Adventures beyond body by Buhlman, Journeys out of the body by Monroe, or other books - They describe authors journey to discover OBEs, their very detailed personal acounts together with their best explanations.

Astral dynamics by Robert Bruce is also great. Free e-book here

I only hear these sounds during the out of body dreams. My lucid dreams do not have these sounds. And yeah, I would just much rather only have the lucid dreams instead of these. Thank you.
