Need help, scary shit, again...

I just had another really bad ap experience again. This time something HAD A HOLD ON ME and I'm totally freaked out. I texted my friend about it right when I woke up so I'm just gonna put that so I don't have to retype it.

It's like how my body feels when I'm astral projecting idk how to describe it like being between being asleep and awake like I can feel my energy body. But I start to feel that and then something is grabbing at my leg and tugging and it's so scary omg and I keep trying to resist it and at one point it felt like it took me over. I couldn't move a muscle for what seemed like a minute and then I finally got control again and I climbed down my staircase but then I'm back in my bed and I can FEEL it tugging at my FOOT again and I'm trying to shake it loose so I decide I'll try a different tactic and I start trying to attack towards the foot of my bed but there's nothing there cuz it's just like this evil ENERGY and then I feel it has my foot again at the other side of my bed! So I just lay there trying to wake up but it took so long to wake up. It's the scariest thing Greg it feels real I feel like there's something in here with me.

I know most of you think aps are just dreams but I'm convinced they're not when it happens I feel my whole body vibrating, it's tapping into a higher vibrational frequency. So I just want some advice on what to do because that was completely terrifying the fact that something was literally in my bed and touching me is insane. I've heard about the white light thing I didn't think to try it it's been so long since this happened. Any other ideas?

It's really hard to do anything because I'm overcome with fear, really crazy intense fear and all I can do is try to wake up but I can't!!!

Sounds like false waking, you think you have woke up but you didn't. And recently i am getting dreams while i am half awake, this is due to me practicing meditation and knowing the feel of being half asleep and in a paralyised state or daydream. It's normal and no there was no one there with you, you only brought the dream you had almost near to waking state, i one time brought a dream character to waking state and it only lasted 2-3 seconds and then it vanished but it did feel real.

What you resist will persist. I've had entities literally push me out of my body on to my bed room floor or try to take me out of earths atmosphere. Very scary stuff when your going through it but in retrospect its much better to just go with the flow so you can learn something from theses experiences. Good or bad, because bottom line whatever it is can't physically harm you. Peace.

Maybe something to keep in mind is that weird stuff happens all the time that you're not aware of. There's nothing that's going to happen when you are more aware of it that's much different from what goes on all the time anyway. I think the main thing is to keep your thoughts healthy, take care of your body, be honest with yourself and treat yourself and other people well. I agree with everyone who says that you don't have to be afraid of the dream, the real problems are elsewhere in life. Even though the experience in the dream is in some sense 'real', its still not dangerous in the way that other things are.

My sister, who is an emergency room doctor in Boston, has problems like this occasionally when stressful stuff is going on at work. All the other people I've known with these kinds of problems have all been drug or alcohol users, and the problems stopped when they stopped the alcohol or LSD or whatever they were doing. I would guess that unhealthy/exploitative sexual relationships would probably contribute to those kinds of experiences also. Without your own anger and fear fueling it, the dream experience won't occur. I'm not suggesting its all in your head, I'm just saying that in my experience, demonic experiences are like that, they reflect parts of ourselves even though there's something supernatural going on also. Such is my experience anyway.

I have heard, that sometimes your guardians help you AP by pulling you out. Karen659, has a long thread of her AP experiences here in Beyond dreaming, uses this mantra before she APs:

"Only entities with my and above my level of development are allowed to be her and help." She also imagines herself being protected inside of a dome filled with white light. White light is associated with good forces.

Once I woke up and saw my dream body being dragged by an ankle half way between my bed and the window. At the same time, I saw my room from perspective of the dream body higher up in the air.
