      OOBE/AP helpp

      Does anyone know how to astral project or how to have an OOBE? im curious
      if you feel like no one loves you, think again. i love you. i dont know you, ive never seen you before, but i love you for who you are, and nothing can change that

      There are lots of tutorials on the net. just do some research.
      for pointers search Robert monroe, he has done much work on Astral projection, and do try his famous rope technique.

      OBE/AP is a very, very large subject. Best thing you can do, IMO, is to read about it as much as you can and form your own opinion.

      If you interested in practicing it, if I may, I would recommend to start with learning how to DILD, then WILD. Some people believe, that LDs and OBEs are the same thing and difference is the level of awareness you have.
