Vibrating method of induction

Oi' there, folks!

Long time no see.

I'm wondering if someone on dreamviews is able to relate to some things that are on my mind. Hopefully help me along. If not, maybe we can develop a new method for Lucid dreams , OBEs and Astral projection.

This is only going to be slightly weird. It is neccesary to understand where i'm coming from however. I asked a trusted spirit to help me achieve OBEs. It doesn't matter, but i smoked some DMT while i was meditating on inducing an OBE to achieve this interaction. I closed my eyes and i saw my body in space as it was lying in my bed. There was some brown stuff floating above and around my body, as if it were a doctor examining my motions. It told me to first stretch all of my muscles, paying attention that i actually worked through all my muscles. It then instructed me to "Internally" vibrate some organ that is inside of me. It was Localized between my longues and my throat. The entity seemed to got a little impatient with me when i repeatedly kept humming my vocal chords softly. I was specifically instructed to focus on internal vibration. Not vibrating my physical body.

Now, this seems like it's a dismissable thought. Vibrating internal organs, it's truly one of the most ridiculous things i've ever heared. And that says a lot for me. :roll:

It seems like a dismissable thought. At first glance. Where it not for the fact that i have had several lucid dreams where i either entered or left the dreamspace experiencing crued and strange False awakenings. In these dreams i find myself intuitively screaming at the top of my longues. Vibrating my throat. With a sort of monotone and almost unnatural sound. Usually i experience my real life body is unable to move until i snap out of it. This is the ONLY time i have ever experienced Sleep paralysis, vibrations and open eyed hallucinations just after a dream.

With this in mind, what the being said to me seems reasonable to me. Considering my past experience the idea of this method intuitively fits like a glove. I am wondering if anyone can relate.
I still do NOT understand the lesson. I still have no idea what the hell i can do to initiate an OBE, astral projection or lucid dream. All past methods have failed miserably.

Anyway, if you have a question or want of more information please , be my guest. If you are the one soul that can help me out and propell my into the dream world for once. I would be eternally grateful.

Feels like the entity was trying to make you understand the difference between your physical body and the "subtle" one. From my point of view, the "inner organs" he was talking about were perhaps energy centers and the way you have them 'vibrate' is only done with the mind. Learn to focus your awareness on different energy centers and try to feel them without doing anything physical. Feel the sensations intensify.

The entity probably wanted you to learn about the energy-body instead of trying to use shortcuts with lucid-dreaming and DMT. However I think you can use the DMT to get more lessons.

To get back on this. I had a W.I.L.D. last night. It caught me by suprise, i didn't even do a WBTB it just happened. In this dream i remembered to use my voice for the first time in a dream. And it seems like i still have to learn to use words in a dream. I felt kind of like a baby unable to talk. I suppose.. I am learning to use my energy body. And it is of my opinion that i perhaps can use my dream voice to OBE and do astral projection in a dream.

I guess that was the lesson, i can use my voice in dreams to travel out of my own personal dream space.. Beyond dreaming for sure. Anyone can relate?


I haven't used DMT since then btw. It is a little too intimidating to use it for dream lessons.

One thing you can do if you find yourself in a lucid dream is focus on leaving the dream by flying straight up and out of it. Usually when I do this I will hit the "ceiling" of the dream and feel some resistance as I pull myself up and out of it. From there I usually will flop down to the floor of the room where I'm sleeping and it can get a little confusing. During the transition out of the dream my vision will usually fade to black momentarily as well. The vibrations you are talking about I've experienced many times and they can be confusing as well. It definitely feels like you are physically vibrating but you aren't. The internal vibrating description you talk about makes perfect sense to me. I've felt specific energy centers vibrating but usually for me it will spread quickly to where my entire being is vibrating powerfully until usually there's enough energy that I will just float out easily or sometimes even be tossed out.
I've done quite a bit of experimenting with the exit. Most of the time I feel myself slipping out or floating , rolling, spinning and then a feeling of flying or floating very fast and being carried somewhere. Usually I don't have vision during the entry phase but this morning I managed to open my energy eyes during the travel part because I really wanted to see what was going on. I absolutely was moving, being carried at an incredible speed and could see objects wizzing by on the way to wherever I was being taken.

Nearly everything you have said means something to me.
A while back when I tried any type of OBE I would be stopped by an unusual sensation in my lower throat area.
A little bit like a piece of food caught in my throat. I would swallow to rid myself of the sensation, but it would always come back.
Often the sensation was painful, and I had to lay on my side, and forget the attempt.

As for the stretching.
Out of the top lucid/OBE experiences in my entire life, all have induced the need to stretch.
Not just my legs, or arms, but my whole body. Like a wave starting at my feet, then advancing up my body.
The muscle tightening was almost uncontrollable, and I thought something would snap.
Something similar is like when a cat stretches. They seem to have a wave of energy pass through their body

The floating in space
Another of the clearest lucid dreams I have ever had.
Just floating in space. Nothing around me. Just blackness, and a gentle breeze on my face.

Vibrating internal organs, is supposed to be a very popular method for raising your 'frequency'
Not gone into that one too much. Terrence Mckenna was told by the "Self dribbling basketballs" that sound is used to create matter, and they were trying to show him how to do this. Perhaps the thoat is capeable of making internal sounds/vibrations.

As for my success/failure in getting OUT OF BODY, I have been advised that I must mature some more before this skill can be allowed to succeed.
I do not even remember who said this to me, or when, but I know it to be true.
You can not have an irresponsible disembodied spirit roaming the living world, can you.
I had an experience where I floated through a wall, and scared the crap out of someone. Since then, no more OBEs

Thanks for the replies, my next goal is to "leave the dream" , when i get lucid.

I also believe i must mature before i venture out of body. But i'm in conflict with my rational here, because it might just be a limiting thought. Perhaps it's just body chemistry and i need to get healthier.

This might sound a bit corny, but you will have to adopt a vegetarian diet.
Not because of the 'being kind to animals' bit, but todays farm animals are pumped with so much crap, it comes out in their meat.
Even some vegetables have tons of crap put on them.
Try going organic for just one month. If you can not cut out meat, go for 'free range'
The difference hits you within a couple of days.
Your mind becomes clear, and dreams take on a more defined appearance.
I do not normally hand out this type of advice, as it seems the general public are addicted to their diets, and many will not change their ways.

I am addicted myself. I have to give healthy living a shot and atleast try to cook me some good dinner once in a little while. And lay off the snacks. I stuff myself full of crap almost every night and the next day i don't have the energy to get around hunting for healthy food in the supermarket and enjoy the vital energy the food obviously gives me. I take vitamin supplements once in a little while and they help in maintaining good mental focus. But ive never experienced the power of a well balanced and healthy diet. yet.

I think that thing the being was trying to get you to focus on and vibrate is your thyroid. It is part of your endocrine system, and is one of your chakras. Look into it a bit.

I think exactly the same thing. I think it has something to do with my thyroid. I just coulden't find the name of that organ. Perhaps stimulating the thyroid will do something for my chronic insomnia problem aswell

I read a book about opening the third eye using "throat friction". It was really effective and I remember having very intense stimulation by breathing with a light throat friction whilst meditating on my third eye.
The book gave like 2 chapters just about how important the throat was and it was a story behind why the throat was a key-engine. Ill come back if I find the book.
