Chakra Induced Lucid Dream (CILD)

Thread title is sort of a joke... but regardless this has worked for me the last few nights.

Similar to the idea of incubating dreams, which is directing the will towards a dream goal prior to sleep.

Simply set the intention while falling asleep to become lucid and preform whatever task you wish, and while doing so hold your awareness in your solar plexus (soft area below your ribcage where your abs are, about 1 hands width above the belly button.) You may imagine energy passing through that region, activating that energy center if you wish.

The solar plexus energy center is the 3rd primary chakra and is highly connected to intention and will. The dream will respond to and reflect a strong intention built up prior to sleep.
