Problems(?)
my dreams are taking over my life, i cant controll, or see the diffrence between a thing that i have seen or done in my dream or somthing that i have done in real life.. i mistake those all the time. i told my friend that we changed his suspensions on his car in the wrong order, but that never happend, it was a dream i had.
And other stuff that HAVE happend i thought was a dream.. how the FU** do i controll this!?

Do you keep a dream diary? If not, maybe you should start one, and, either way, start a diary of your waking life as well. I think that whenever you write in either of your two diaries you'll be dividing these experiences up in your mind, so they should feel more separate. You'll also be able to check if you're not sure in which reality something happened.

Heh, I dunno. You might just start dreaming about writing in your journals.

This happens to me as well. Sometimes my dreams seem so real that I believe they really happened in real life. It's confusing. I started a journal of the dreams and conversations I remember. I also worked on being more lucid. Now I try to control my dreams a little more. That way I know what's real and what's a dream. Good luck.

The only time something similar happens to me is due to a late afternoon nap, but its rare. For it to happen this often to you, and with all of your dreams isnt normal. Has there been any strong impact in your life lately that may have effected how you think? your perceptions?

this sounds a bit like "dajavu" (typo probably). you reality is mixing with your dreams, but only mentally. eh....try this, in your dreams, you can do certain things, like matrix stuff, in reality, you can not. when in dreams do stuff, like stuff that won't ultimately kill you if in the real world, but would seem pretty awsome if seen in the real world.

Well, if that happebned to me, chances are, i would take a bit of a break from dreaming, and recall, and DV, and start living back in the real world. I do think the suggestion of diaries is a good idea, i keep both, a dream journal, and a regular one.
Also if it's happening so often, i dont' think it can be dejavu. Maybe you should go see a doc...:P

the only problem ther eis that some people can not control WHEN or WHEN NOT they dream, they can only control the dream itself.
