      Shared telepathy with animals?

The title pretty much sums up my question but I was just wondering if it’s possible for animals and humans to share telepathy? I read a story before about a woman sharing a dream with a dolphin or something like that and it just got me thinking. I mean if two humans can, why can’t animals? any thoughts?

How would you confirm whether it was true dream sharing or just a dream about sharing a dream with an animal? I am open to the idea of shared dreaming, but to really believe it I would appreciate some sort of proof, and with humans one can do that but since we cannot communicate with animals in waking life, I don't see how one could prove that something was a shared dream with an animal, though one could personally believe that it was without proof but one could not prove that it was correct to any other person, and it would be possible that one just imagined it. That said, I am open to the idea, and I can see your logic that if it is possible with humans, why not with other animals maybe.

Edit: That said since I believe in God based on faith, and I cannot prove that to be true to any other person but I strongly believe it to be true, so who am I to say that telepathy with animals is not true without proof. If you strongly believe it is, perhaps you are right.

You may say I'm a dreamer.

Lots of people claim to have shared dreams with one another, besides I didn't mean I actually thought for sure they could I was just speculating. That doesn't make me stupid!

Lots of people claim lots of things. Some communicate with ghosts, with God, with aliens, etc.

And who said you were stupid? Not me.

I have had strongly lucid dreams of being various animals. I was an animal in a tide pool. I was a cow. I was some kind of omnivore that doesn't resemble any animal I've ever seen. Based on the felt similarities of these experiences with externally verifiable experiences with other people in dreams, I think these are the same sort of thing. I also had a dream experience with a dog that I don't think was 'all in my head'. I haven't experienced anything like this lately though. There was a period of two or three years where I had a fair number of these kinds of dreams, then it went away again. So if it weren't for that period I'd be like any of the other skeptics who don't believe in it because its outside of my experience.

Sure telepathy is achievable with animals. My cat uses it on me all of the time. Once, she warned me of danger right before a storm ripped the roof off my house, but mostly she just uses it to get me to feed her . She doesn't speak English, so communicates in feelings
I think most people are just too 'closed' to 'hear' them.
I don't have any experiences with dreams though.
