Cloaked figures

So about two years ago I had the same reoccurring night terror every night for a month or so. So what would happen is I'd wake in my dream to find that I was still in my bed but I couldn't move, sometimes couldn't see also. Then about 5-6 black, cloaked figures would surround my bed. Sometimes It'd feel like something was crushing my chest. When I first started having theses dreams I'd try fighting the paralysis and get up to find my self falling on the ground and un-able to wake to real life. Also around this time me and my friends played with a ouija boards quite often of messed around with voodoo or witchcraft, just for the fun of it i guess. If anyone has an explanation or theory to this I'd love to hear it :D
