How To Activate Your Third Eye / Brow Chakra

Some time ago I created a video for opening one's Heart Chakra and posted it hear just to test the water. The initial feedback was pretty good and the video has slowly been growing since, now at almost 4000 views.

After taking on board advice I have created two activation videos.

• One video features the frequencies which will help activate / remove any energy blockages which may exist, along with the sacred 'om' chant in the background.
• The other is simply the frequencies alone which will activate / remove any blockages without 'om'

From testing myself and personal experience, I work best with frequencies only. It allows me to enter a complete trance state and the pressure in my forehead starts almost immediately which feels extremely powerful.
However you may be different, test both out and see what works best for you! :)

Just wanted to ask out of interest what is chakra? I have this thing when some times i sleep i feel pressure in my forehead it is really weird feeling (probably hallusitations caused by sleep paralysis) and even if chakras were real what are you supposoused to do with them? Are they only there to change your mood? Have you experienced anything new from practising your chakras? I can make feeling of pressure of all most anywhere in my body by self hypnosis but is it the same? I have never put a lot of effort understanding new age stuff but i know what chakras are but dont really understand what everybody means like are they real or not. I try to expand my knowleadge and wanted to know what you think they are. But what caused me to take interest is why would then so many puddhist believe in them. Could you explain them to me shortly? I would appreacieate that a lot.

My opinion is that trying to apply techniques to open Chakras is sort of like trying to induce birth when you don't know how many months pregnant you are, or trying to get a flower to open before its fully developed. When you're ready, it will open. If you find a trick that forces it open prematurely, you damage your mental and emotional development and have to live with the consequences, because you can't put it back again. Its better in my view to exercise and develop your spiritual centers, such as they may be, by living your life and thinking and feeling about what you experience. This is more analogous to eating healthy food and doing moderate exercise when your pregnant, as opposed to trying to find some drug you can take or other contrivance that will force the baby out.

I honestly try to understand. I just cant. So many puddhist monks talk about different chakras and by practising them you can achieve true enlightment. I think i should first understand them before closing that knowleadge out. I came to this understandment that chakras are like this invisible energy that powers our organ and mind but why do some people are trying to achieve by putting so much effort as meditating 4 years straight? There must be reason. Shadowofwind i didnt understand much but you seem to know about spirituality. What is the reason of spiritual development? Is it making yourself better you? Im so confused o_O.

I don't see techniques like these I use in the videos as forcing open the chakras. They simply put you in the best mindset for your chakras to open naturally. I hear people talking about psychedelic experiences and seeing there chakras and energy, I think this is the only way it can be forced and of course that shouldn't be done, this is why people can be left a little messed up after such an experience. I see using frequencies as being like oiling the chain on a bicycle, it allows you to progress naturally more smoothly and effectively.

Then my chakras must be pretty balanced. Sometimes my family and friends call me mind reader because i always know what their thinking. They never succeeded keeping lie from me i mean never, but sometimes i just ignore them not everything should be known:). Year ago i made promise that i will comepelitily change myself. I wanted to become so positive that everybody around me would start to feel positive emotions. I started solving all my negative toughts and make them dissappear. The weird thing with it is my mind calmed down its always quiet yet active. I started to think more openly and seeing world so differently and what you said reading people become really easy but its not always good thing. I first time started to think about puddhism more openly and it started to sound really reasonable but i never understood when they spoke about chakras. I knew what they was but i got the idea they control how we act think and feel. I also had lucid dream when i started this that way i found this forum and learning it was easy for me:D. I guess i could start paying more attention when people speak about chakras.

You sound quite similar to me! Except what happened to me was I went from being somewhat positive to COMPLETELY negative (I put it down to the junk food which is all I ate for almost two years, and divulging in conspiracy theories), then back up to SO TOTALLY AMAZINGLY POSITIVE for the past good while. I always say "I can" now and haven't thought anything is impossible for the last 2 years.
I wanted to fly: I started LD'ing and OBE'ing
I wanted to be smarter: I study hours a day and learn more each day
I wanted to be successful: I'm an A student in college now thanks to being positive about absolutely everything I do
I wanted to be stronger: I worked out and have doubled my strength so far
etc.

Anything is possible, and everything is an opportunity! :)

The eye is in fact a picture haha :) but I've had what you mention happen before too where you see it for so long it starts manifesting all kinds of stuff, the power of your brain eh? :)

Glad you all are liking what I'm doing. I've just made my first hour long video, It's a lucid dreaming induction one. I know these often don't work and it's really down to the individual how well they work I've attempted to create something that will hopefully help thousands of others attain lucidity. Can you think of some video/audio that can drag you to nREM WILD directly from waking state. Even when we are not sleepy. Something like hypnosis.

Will be glad to test something like that. I don't need it to be induction technique, I will by lucid anyway, I just need to get rid of distractions and get into that state where I can start dreaming.

That link the op last posted that is for lucid dreaming it should help if you can enter in to meditative state and just listen the tune. But it doesnt work for everybody.

Yes I am sure that all my dreams are lucid. It is nice, however some types of dreams can be annoying when they are happening many times per night. But I am learning to control them, they are very helpful if used correctly.

At some point I wanted to quit, but I could not. I don't want to quit LDing anymore, it's not like I have to accept it. Just changed my mind on few things.

Why should beginners be cautious? I am new to 'opening' chakras, but familiar with the idea of what chakras do. I am anxious, and excited to truly begin my spiritual journey. Private message or public response are adequate.

As Seltiez said, that link I posted to the Lucid Dream induction video does just that, well it is designed to. The way it works is on this thinking: I start at fully awakened brainwave state, then take you down to where you can fall asleep, then once you are asleep the frequencies change again to a more alert state, so basically you are asleep but your mind becomes more awake, which leads to lucid/strange dreams. I hope I haven't made that more complicated than it is, that was a really long sentence :) That's why the video is so long (60 minutes). I'm allowing you a long time to fall asleep, because I know myself I take a good while to go asleep.

I tested this one on myself two nights in a row, just to see if it really is effective. It worked quite well. The first night didn't go straight into a lucid dream but I had some of the craziest dreams in a long time, which probably could have become lucid easily if it wasn't for the fact I didn't get much sleep that night. The following night it worked perfectly and I LD'd, several times.

I might make another video in the future on this but right now reviews are good for the current one, so give it a try and let me know how you get on. The important thing is to not think "hmm..it's not working...it's not working...when is it going to work.." . Because then you'll simply find yourself lying there for hours, nobody can sleep like this. Just relax and close your eyes, listen to the rhythm and beat. It will take you away :)

Hi, basically the opening of the higher chakras can lead to increased emotions and profound thoughts which you may not be comfortable with. You become more sensitive, you may get emotional a lot easier and feel incredibly sad or incredibly happy in situation where before you would be somewhat indifferent. However, if you start at the root chakra and work up, you will have strong grounding and be ready for what lies ahead :) I have videos on all chakras if you want to have a look on my channel, you'll have a great journey my friend, trust me :D

Oh, you could give this a try then, just uploaded it last night. If at the start you are wondering why it sounds so fast paced its because its designed to bring you from being alert right down to knocking you out (well, not literally of course, you get the idea :cheeky:) . It's only half an hour and if it doesn't put you asleep you'll at least be really, really tired. just wanted to say that the third eye video is quite awesome... my third eye chakra recently started to pulsate on it's own.... (a little background, my heart chakra had started pulsating few weeks ago, mainly due to fasting, Islamic form of prayer, and practicing restraint against inner desires (as taught by Islam), being kind and loving, restraining anger etc ... Last week my forehead started to pulsate... this is the first time in my life it lasted for this long, and during normal activities. I already knew enough about chakras to know what was going on.

Other than not much happened, no real visions, 1 or 2 regular LDs, nothing extra other than the vibration/pulsating. Yesterday I stumbled across this forum and this thread... normally frequencies and binaural beats have not had such a significant impact on me, however with Pineal's video it was almost instantaneous when I turned it on... the vibrations grew strong on their own... Last night after my morning prayers I used the third eye video while lying down, and I could feel popping/cracking type feeling on my forehead... when I slept it was very deep sleep with some really strange dreams. I'm hoping with continuous use of this video it'll help accelerate my third eye opening.

Wow !!!

I was online in 2008 when Eyeoneblack said that when the first (root charkra) is fully activated one can Astral travel (OBE) into the "real time" physical plane. Eg.,

1) ' get out of your body and look at it.

2) - Walk or fly around the physical world.

3) - Come back,

4) - see your body, see your body,

5) - then gently reconnect,

6) - then get up and confirm what you witnessed in your in your dream.

Lovers (sex) can easily trigger an exit through the root Chakra. And see something on the roof. And when he came back he got a ladder and there on the roof, was the thing he saw in his dream.
