That's why when you look at your hands or body its blurry because its your 3D conditioned Soul still telling you that you have a physical body

Life is 100% of our time.

Just random thoughts let me know how you feel.

Maybe when we are non lucid we are actually observers masquerading as first person active participants. Maybe we are experiencing things with in the dream state vicariously, which could explain why we so easily accept oddities that we never would while awake. Maybe the dream state is another aspect of ourselves that finds it normal to fly over cites, talk to dragons, etc etc... fill in your own oddity that was experienced and overlooked. Just a thought.

I like your first part, almost all of my nightmares where I obviously had no control what-so-ever ended this way. At the last second before I am caught by a beast or something I remember thinking enough is enough and I force myself to wake up. It was so calm, I was not woken up by fear or anything I remember, I chose to wake up and my "dream body" was literally sucked out as if I had been conscious of what was happening but chose not to interfere until it got too far.
