More of a meaning question, I feel deeper answers are available, a tad lengthy and I am confused.
I have many of these dreams written in my dream journal and am perplexed. I feel there is more to it than my brain coming up with images and putting them in a "show"
I have been having very vivid lucid dreams for as long as I can remember. And a common theme for me is my dream guy. Age 3 ish to 10 ish I'd dream about being in a white room on a black bed and a guy would enter into the room. Wearing all black with black hair and at this time it was about shoulder length hair, always seemed to be around the 16 age in my opinion, and piercing blue eyes. He would come sit at the end of my bed and tell me it would be alright, he will be here for me.
Around age 10-14 the dreams took on a new feel and style. He was still there, hair about chin length now with the occasional blonde streak in it. He was still a protector but becoming more like a friend too. We would dance in all the dreams. Always I feel calmer and content and peaceful when he's around. Even if there is eminent danger. One dream being me and a friend go to a club and when we walk in the door he grabs me gently and starts dancing. Saying it ok as always. I'm calm. After a while releases me and I'm out the door and me and my friend sit on a curb watching traffic and she says something about him. He's always watching and I can feel it.
Age 14-16 he takes on the background feel. I dream and experience my dreams but he isn't visible, maybe in the distance but not right there but always watching always keeping me safe, or at least I feel that way.
Age 16. I have a dream about a coming to a castle and in the castle in my guy but doesn't feel like my guy, hes tense and when we are dancing throughout the castle its more forced than gentle, hes always been gentle. He leads me around and up to the castle top. After awhile we stop dancing, I still don't feel this is my guy, looks like him but doesn't feel like him. He says. If you want to come with me say yes, if not say CEO. I assume I must say CEO because the dream ends. I didn't dream another dream with him in it until recently at age 21.
Dream: It started out like I was in a sims game and the place I lived kept getting redone. And the baby in the crib kept crawling out ( I have no child IRL) but then I walked through the back door into this cave thing with carpet on the floors. There were other people there. Discussing how to get out.
There was a door at the back and we walked up to and opened the door and it was a restaurant. But we got trays like in school and food put on our plates and we were walking in line and they all sat so then it was just me walking. I felt like I knew everyone and knew where I was going. Kept walking through the maze of people and tables and came to a little room with four people in it each at their own table. They all looked at me and one said. "Well where ya gonna sit we all want ya by us." So I stood there in thought for awhile. Well being the goofy that I am, I grab a chair and sit equally in the middle of them all and they laughed.
One said something about "he's gonna love you."
One boy there started joking and I had this long ribbon paper with lots of words written on it and I shoved it at him.
Then as if on signal they all get up and go through another door and I follow
Now I'm in a dress, flowy beautiful off the shoulder very wood nymph water nymph style. My hair is long and I have braids on each side but hair is still out. Like the crown of braids that goes the whole length of hair and most of the hair is still loose.
We walk into this huge mansion castle thing like 20 floors tall.
When I walk in the door they place this metal bracelet on me.
I go to what I assume is the dining hall. There is this boy probably 6ft tall and lean. Black hair and blue eyes, piercing blue eyes (My dream man/boy about my age now in other dreams he seemed older than me but now hes about my age) . I could tell by his clothes he was a servant of some sort. We locked eyes and there was a spark. My heart fluttered. I felt nervous but relaxed.
I went up to my room which was the top floor. There was an elevator but I chose the stairs, huge spiral and you couldn't fall off. Something held you back.
My room was huge with lots of flowy things hanging around. Many horse related things there as well. I adored my room but felt lonely.
Well many days that servant boy had to bring me things. New clothes. Supplies. Ect.
But the man of the house. Big and dark. Beautiful man but terrifying. Always escorted me from my room out to anywhere.
But the more I spent with the servant boy the more I loved him. The man of the house started sensing something was up.
One day while the servant boy was in my room he said the bracelets are life bracelets. They tell the truth and show you the one you are meant to be with. He said if you are meant to be with someone the bracelets would lock and connect sharing life data. He leaned over and kissed me and grabbed my bracelet hand. All women wore theirs on their left and all men on their right. As soon as he grabbed my hand the bracelet connected and locked. Spooked I jumped back and giggled. He said it's ok. You don't have to be ready yet. But we are for each other. And whenever I'm ready he will be waiting.
Well weeks went by and I could tell the man of the house was getting anxious. He made speeches every night to the dinner room. Well this particular night as I was sitting next to him as always. He said tonight was the night to find out if we were meant to be!
Shock over took me! He lifted a glass of wine to toast and the whole room cheered and drank. I played along but I already knew the truth and so did the servant boy who also looked shocked as he was serving tables.
Well that evening the lord or man of the house told all the servants to not enter my room as he planned to be there so he could get whatever I needed.
He escorted me back to my room and we sat there. I was too scared to say anything.
He started talking about all his plans. About us. About making me "his queen". Me giving birth to his children. About the conquering he had planned and so much more.
After talking to me for a couple hours. He leaned in and told me what the boy had already told me about the bracelets. I was so scared. He grabbed me very forcefully and pushed his lips to mine and took my left hand. But instead of going together. My hand repelled away from his and both of us were struck with a vision of truth. He of me and my boy and me of what was to happen now.
He yelled very angrily "NO!!!" As I wheeled backwards screaming, terrified. He screamed, " you little whore!!!!! I have put so much time into finding you!!!! All that time and what for!!!! For you to whore out to some low life servant boy!!!!!!" I was at this point lying on the floor trying to protect myself since I had fallen in my attempt to get away. He was nearing me with his hand raised. I managed to get up and I took off down the stairs. Id barely gotten to the stairs and there was my servant boy, he caught me. He said he knew something would go wrong and waited. He just held me and said we need to leave.
Just as he said this the lord came out and upon looking at me in the boys arms he seemingly calmed down. Said "you know what, I don't care. Go back to your room. I'll leave you be"
But the vision I had, I knew that wasn't true but I wanted to believe so my boy brought me back to my room and there we sat. Just looking at each other. He finally said " what's wrong? He said he'd leave us be?"
I explained that I had had a vision when he tried to connect our bracelets. That it was bad. I didn't however tell him the vision. He just held me and stayed with me all night as we both finally dozed off. The next morning the lord never came to get me.
We both stayed. We could hear the dining hall cheering as the lord lied and said it went well and I was getting my rest. That the marriage will proceed at now a sooner date of next week rather than the planned month away. My head was spinning. This cannot be happening.
My boy said we need to get out of here. We started to leave. Just as we left the room we were both grabbed and sacks put over our heads.
We were taken quite a ways away.
When the sacks were removed we both were at separate doors on either side of a hallway. The doors read female separation and male separation. I then knew what my visions were about. Our hands were cuffed and we were ordered to remove our clothing, all of them. We did so. ( really don't know how with cuffs but whatever) and we both looked back at each other standing there. When we locked eyes. The boy went frantic. He started fighting. Broke away and got over to me. He said we have to complete the connection. A full connection cannot be separated. He kissed me and our hands automatically went together. Frantically kissing me and I felt scared but reassured and the bracelets connected and wrapped together. I was filled with love, and every other emotion. I saw his life from child to that moment. As he saw all mine. The guards got to is and ripped us apart but didn't know what to do. The connection was complete. I was in tears and flooded with every emotion. He too had tears in his eyes. It was the most wonderful thing ever.
The guards called the lord and even over the phone you could hear how upset he was but he knew there was nothing he could do. He cut us loose.
End of dream
Then a few here in my dream journal to include the one last night: One was a TOTM where I asked what he was thankful for his reply "You, without you I wouldn't be here".... Simple easy dream... though does leave me confused as to why when married I have this "dream guy" - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views ..... TOTM whittling my way to the last one! I know this is a terribly long post and if you manage to read through it all, thank you!!! I could use some thoughts. I feel like there is something deeper to these. I just can't figure it out!
