Need Help With Sleep Paralysis?

Everytime I lay still, relaxed, and conscious on my back I can never go into sleep paralysis. Ive laid there on my back trying to relax myself into sleep paralysis so I can then Astral Project.. anyone got any tips on going into sleep paralysis easier? Ive tried counting down from 100 and ive tried meditating on the feeling of weightlessness but none works..? Help?
