Entering The Obe Vibrational State Before Intentions are set

This happens to me sometime when I Obe I'll enter the vibrational pre cursor to the dream state before I even have the thought to attempt a Obe. I end up feeling like something knows my intention before I actually intend it and before I can actually go through the thought process and sometimes physical movements required to enter the vibrational pre cursor to a Obe.
