      OOBE or dream?

Hi, I wondered about this for quite some time..maybe someone can shed some light on it
Several times I've had this situations where I would wake up in the morning and try to sit up straight on my bed but it would feel difficult to do because I would be still sleep-paralysed or something, but then I would manage to sit and see that my body is still laying there. Because I am always very sceptical towards antyhing that happens to me personally, I would usually assume that I was still dreaming but it feels extremely real and this "detaching" myself from my body was always somewhat painful. (Usually to stop this I would lie back down in my body and wait till I felt I had control over it again)
Could it be OOBE? Or is it part of the hallucinations that can occur with sleep paralysis? Or for sure still a dream?

      It looks like OBE.
If you feel like: This is not a dream, then it is most probably OBE.
Sleep paralysis isn't required in either.
Separation from body was never painful or even mildly unpleasant, quite the opposite, it is quite euphoric feeling... but it is necessary to be concentrated and never let yourself from balance of mind, otherwise your travel can be quite short.

I wonder why it was painful. Never heard of such a thing. Sounds like OBE.
