Well, I've personally always seen random colors and I wouldn't say my "third eye was awake" all this time |

I have been using binaural beats for over a year now. I have been practicing medatation and deep relaxation for a while now. I have been trying to have lucid dreams and out of body experiences and none of the attempts have fully succeeded. Now I think I know why. I noticed that when I relaxed enough and focused on that spot near your forehead I felt pressure and like a sharp pain in my forehead. As I have practiced more just by closing my eyes I could feel that feeling without having to go deep into relaxation and today I woke up with that sensation which has lasted ever since then. I can also see bright random colors when I close my eyes. Does this mean that my third eye is finally awakening? |

Well I was looking at a screen before but the forehead third eye pain, does it mean It is activating? |
|
I personally don't believe in the spiritual third eye |

Thank you for the responses guys. I think you have to activate your third eye to lucid dream though. If anyone has activated their third eye please respond. |

The key to opening the mind is to first let there be no mind. |

That's a good point. |

No, I know that you don't need to have your third eye to lucid dream. I just am tired of so many attempts at astral projection I wish there was an easier way to project and lucid dream. |

There is, it's called intuition. If you have no notion of such a thing, then try different methods and different ways of thinking about how to astral project until you find the one that works for you. "opening your third eye" is like a tool that works for some people, it probably works great for people that are raised into that type of teachings and for people that can easily understand mystical concepts. But apparently it doesn't work for you so let that toolkit go and find another There are plenty |
