      Go into other peoples dreams or interact with people who are already lucid dreaming?

      Not really. That's more of a spiritual or religious question along the lines of astral projection. Dreams themselves are an internal, biological function, though some people may swear otherwise.

      There has been some speculation about this. Although most people believe that dreams are an individual experience, some believe in the idea of "shared dreaming" which is an idea that says that all dreamers dream in one shared spectrum.

      It's not scientifically proven, so the only way to know is if you experience it yourself or if someone you know experiences it. It would be awesome if shared dreaming is possible, would be so much fun to go on adventures with friends and family.
