Pineal Gland Activation - Binaural Beats

Hey

,

Some of you may remember me from a while back, I made many videos relating to all things chakras / Astral Projection / Lucid Dreams etc.
Well I have been quite busy the last few months due to exams but I have made my first video in a while.

Instead of recruiting isochronic tones which are usually much more soothing and subtle, I've decided to use Binaural Beats. Simply because, in my experience at least, they have a MUCH greater effect on you. I have incorporated a background track similar to static which tapers off throughout the video. This is to allow your senses to calm down and allow the frequencies to really resonate with your Pineal Gland.

I feel like to destroy the source of this sound.

There are much more friendly binaural sounds there. I'm not sure they could help as much as simple SILENCE.

Thanks for the reply, I can upload a video without the backing noise if you like

I know some people find beneficial (such as myself) but many others find it detrimental.

How well do these tracks really work? I am curious about the effectiveness of these, youtube is loaded with these kind of tracks and I have yet to try any.

I think, it is individual.
For me the silence is better. I can tolerate binaural sound if it is very quiet. But as I fall into deeper concentration even quiet sound becomes annoyance. I aim to inside of myself, and sound intrudes from outside, damages my focus.

Binaurals work for me as long as it's not something too experimental. I've seen those videos on YouTube claiming to be "virtual drugs" or whatever, has ZERO effect on me. Videos like this and meditation stuff on the other hand works well for me personally.
