I am here to share my story of things I have experienced since I was in 1st grade til now. I am now 25 years old and I do not claim to be a master at this practice even til now, but I do experience a lot of things.

First, we can't really scientifically say that dreams are really controlled by our mind chemicals, yet controlled by our self-consciousness known as the soul. For me, In order to dream, a dream must have a 'environment' which makes me believe that astral projection is a key to dreams and dreams are key to astral projection.

When I was in first grade my teacher whom was a native Indian through bloodline would always have the first 15minutes of class "silent" time. I walked in class and tossed my head back started to focus my energy into a 'sphere' it was then everything went black then BAM! a forest came out of nowhere or I spiritually warped myself to a forest of some kind with a weird flute playing. The forest was spinning or I was looking around making it seem the forest was spinning I then came to when the teacher started to talk about her teachings.

After that weird experience - I never really thought about it but I did remember it and never forgot it.

Now, let us fast forward to present time where I am 25 and my sense are fully grown. This day - I get these "funny feelings" I will start to think about a particular person and moments later that person calls and trust me this happens A LOT even more than 4 times a day. Anyways - At least 3 times a month I experience sleep paralysis where it feels something is hovering over me, but there have been times where I seen a entity pulling on a rope off my bed which most of the time I just ignore and fall asleep.

When I realized what I was experiencing I started to practice astral projection in my own way where I would lay in bed and use the sphere technique once more, but this time adding a thought to the sphere to develop my own 'dream landscape'. However, sometimes it does not really work out the way I want it and I see these 'figures' and sometimes arms will develop from them trying to reach out to me.

When I did more research on this matter I found out that one of these beings would actually visit me during each session of my Astral Project and the being would always be pulling on this 'rope' when I did research of people stories involving a 'rope' I read that our souls are connected to a silver cord when in the Astral Plane - they say the silver cord can't be broken, but if one were to achieve a higher state of astral plane aka 'the heaven' of Astral Plane are far more powerful beings able to snap your silver cord disabling your soul from returning to your body. With acknowledgment I told this being that the cord was of importance to me while in my next session, I told the being that I am a visitor from a dimension where life is precious and valuable, gifted to us by god by that the being never touched that rope again.

I am starting to understand why observation is a key skill because in a bible verse it says that

"Remember him--before the silver cord is severed, and the golden bowl is broken; before the pitcher is shattered at the spring, and the wheel broken at the well, and the dust returns to the ground it came from and the spirit returns to god who gave it".

To me this means that even in your Astral Form you can be killed by the things that dwell in the plane.

---OFF TOPIC MISC. STUFF---

Other things other than all this that I experience - I was in the kitchen and my kitchen light bulb caught on fire figured this was a typical electrical issue - another thing, about 1am in the morning I woke up to the sound of water got up and my shower was running checked the house ..mom was still sound asleep as if she was in a deep sleep and it was just me and her living her (1 bedroom apartment), bathroom in my room. another time I had woken up suddenly by a voice which sounded that of my moms friend I ran out I said MOM! I think NAME is calling you outside..shes like .. Kody it is 4am there is no one outside yelling for me..next day shes like, so..NAME had a heart attack the other day...yeaaa shit like this happens to me .. I hear voices (not like a crazed person) and I find out bad stuff as if I am connected to every living soul on this planet and they channel energy to me, but for me this energy makes me sick.

On a side note - I came to be open minded and accept people for who they are - I am 25 been employed with Starbucks for 8 years now, so obviously I am not taking drugs of any kind..these are ALL NATURAL occurrences for me and I just live to cope with them.
