Dreams of the departed

I have had dreams off an on this year of my mom's aunt who passed away. The first dream was pretty weird and can't explain except in key words... (Door and eye...) the third or second latest dream i could feel her presance and in the scene i was at her house and nobody was there. I talked to someone about this and they thought these kinds of dreams are of the departed trying to communicate with you. Do you guys believe this too? I also have had dreams of a friend who died at the age of 30. We talked in the dream but don't remember what we talked about... And the last dream i had (which was a while ago) was of my grandpa saying he loved or loves me can't remember which. Anyway would like to have a discussion on this topic. If you guys have had similar experiences and would like to talk about it... :)

I actually had a lucid last night that involved my Grandma. I saw her in a dream and became lucid as she died a couple years ago. I spent time with her and hugged her and told her that I loved her. It was emotional and I think I did have an encounter with her spirit, but in the end it does not really matter because I still get all the feelings, right or wrong.
