I know from my personal research that my diet - or changing my diet you might say - affects my recall and therefore my LD count significantly.
Currently I'm in Thailand (for three weeks) and they eat super healthy and a hell lot more vegetables and fruits than I used to back in Germany (even though I already try to eat healthy at home). This led to my best dream recall so far, I currently remember between 5-8 dreams a night.
I haven't read any scientific research on that topic so far, but it has been discussed on this forum and some claim that they have good recall even though they eat poor, but most agree that a healthy diet is essential for quality sleep and good recall. I would post a link, but I'm not allowed to yet.
I hope this helps :-)
Thx man! Very optimistic start for thread :)
So it was very fast progress for you wasnt it?
Before I went to Thailand, for example, I didn't care for my diet for a week or so. Then in Thailand I started eating super healthy and it took about 4 days for my recall and dream "vividness" to improve significantly. So yes you could say it was fast progress :-)
When I come home I want to start becoming vegetarian, vegan is just too much for the beginning.
I would recommend to everyone who wants to increase not only ones energy and health during the day, but also the quality of sleep, to do their own research on what diet works best for them.
I'm also on the way to veganism and want to begin with vegetarian. But for now I'm getting used to no sugsr/flour/fat/roast. Couple months and I'll try vegetarian
