Hi, I would be very happy to share my experience with you, we can do it on this thread and I'm sure some people will be interested in reading it or sharing |
|
I recently found a guy named Rudolf Steiner. I can't share this with many people as I fear nobody will understand. But this litrally hits me like a brick in the head.Rudolf Steiner is the missing link I was missing al thsi time. |

Nope. I'm currently reading Marc Auburn's book. |

^ I'll be venturing into those lectures . I feel a new motivation to try and tackle some more AP-related practices. I'm searching the internet for hemi-sync , guided meditation. There's about 20-30 hours of Robert Monroe guiding thousands of people into APs. They are pricey however, it's better to piracy them. If we can't spend 1000s of dollars. I thought you where talking to me lo and for some new literature on AP, Robert Bruce is definetely the first source I want to look into. I might delve into this book as well. Oh and you're on the right track bro. ?Keep up what ur doing! |

I would also recommend looking into The Phase by Michael Raduga. It is a systematized approach to (IMHO) DEILDing. I almost had an instant LD this morning when I tried one of his "indirect separation" approaches. I was really encouraged by the fairly easy, near-success, so plan to continue working this into my night routine. |

You shouldn't be afraid, it's a kind of meditation practice, it is very relaxing in my opinion. |

I don't know if you have already tried but I really advice you to read Robert Bruce's book, he explained everything about AP, you have a "theoretical" part, you have his experiences and then the practice part and you'll quickly learn to meditate, get in a trance state and learn exit techniques. In the week 2 he's also asking you to develop your lucid dreaming skill, for him it is 2 differents experiences, I really like how he tries to make sense about everything |

I don't know what kind of technique you used but I really feel like meditation and sort of trance techniques are the key to lucid dreaming and AP. |

Just a small correction, you are talking about Robert Bruce here. An easy mistake to make as I was talking about Robert Monroe in another thread and continued about it here. But two different world entirely, I want you to learn about Robert Monroe too as he is a legend as well |
