Hallucinating at will ?
Is there are any way to hallucinate , to hallucinate what I want to (Eg: a circle ) ?
And now I'm not talking about inducing a hallucination by using one of those fancy powders(if you catch my meaning). I talk about "seeing your imagination" I guess?
I wonder if its possible to develop such skill with the use of meditation and any other mental exercise?
I could use this in drawing; so if I wanted to draw something out of my imagination I could just "project" the thing's structure to the paper I'M looking at, and just proceed to follow the lines...
It's a pretty nutty idea but eh...

What you're talking about is called visualization. I don't know a lot about it, but I thought it might be helpful if you knew what it's called - hopefully other people can explain techniques or link to something explaining it. This probably shouldn't be in Beyond Dreaming, unless I misunderstand what you're asking?

I didnt know really where to post that, I choosed beyond dreaming cuz this place is more involved with mind related\paranormal\out of ordinary stuff

Yeah, sounds like an advanced level of visualization to me. What is and isn't considered a hallucination is rather difficult to determine when you get specific about things. Technically, if you are capable of distinguishing what it is you are perceiving as being a hallucination or not "real", it is classified as a pseudohallucination. The kinds you get from most hallucinogens (barring extremely large doses), not including deliriants, would pretty much all be identified as pseudohallucinations, for example.

Try reading through this and see if it fits with what you are after.

This is very much a thing. I've actually had dreams exploring this idea recently as it relates to drawing.
My wife in particular was exceptionally good at imposing visualizations onto her environment when she was younger--projecting a television that she could watch onto walls whenever she was bored. I was skeptical, so I grilled her pretty thoroughly about this, but she maintains that the level of visualization was very realistic.
Only recently after improving my own visualization (I was pretty shit at it most my life, but as sivason has shown it is a skill that can be learned) can I understand how what she saw and did was possible.

I guess seeing auras would be a form of visual hallucination. Even if the auras represent something real and psychically sensed, its not light projected onto the back of the eye.

In the past when I was on dream views I read about people seeing images just before they wake up. I don’t recall seeing images before but after reading it, I tried to see if I could see anything and I could but this probably won’t help although related because it’s only for a few secs until it disappears. It’s interesting but If you want a drawing model...I think it’s better if you look at references online or in books or use objects you find or have at home/somewhere else because it’s stable.
