Just a quick suggestion:

Instead of changing your meeting location, it might be a better idea to pick one and stick with it. This is because the choice of your location should not only be a cool place, but it ought to become a solid metaphor for your mutual dreamscape. It is probably better that, over time, remembering your meet location becomes second nature, rather than part of the work. This way you can spend your lucid time at a familiar, meaningful location projecting your presence and searching for others', rather than spending your time trying to get to a new place every night. In other words, stick to one place, and reaching it will eventually become a given in your attempts to SD, rather than a difficult or time-consuming preliminary hurdle.
Also, and on the same note, the simpler the better might work best here. Meeting at the front entrance of Gyeongbokgung Palace, your original choice, seemed an excellent idea, because its iconic design makes it very easy to fashion during a dream. Meeting at a fictional place like Hogwarts, on the other hand, could lead to complications, because a place like Hogwarts might carry other meaning or symbols that might distract dreamers (not to mention that if the SD theory grounding this experiment is correct, Hogwarts might be just a bit to crowded for you to find each other! )
[EDIT: I forgot to mention that maintaining the same meeting place throughout your efforts might help form a sort of bond between you. In other words, the meeting place, if consistent, will eventually become meaningful in a way that is unique only to your small group of SD explorers, and that kind of shared experience -- that bond -- can only help in your efforts to find each other.]
Finally, notice I said things like "over time," and "eventually." What you guys are trying ranges from the very difficult to the impossible (else lots of people would be consciously doing it nightly), so I highly recommend that you keep up your attempts for as many nights as you can; it might take a hundred attempts to find each other in the vast ocean of dreamers you'll need to be navigating, so this might be one experiment where patience is the priority.
Edit - as an afterthought this is Dawneye11's experiment so if we don't decide fast enough I think she should just pick for us
Good idea!
Good luck, guys!
