      Hi Ic161⚘

Whenever I watch a new Youtube I first have to watch a short 10 to 20 second ad. If I watch same youtube over and over in one session I don't get popped-up ads. Only the first time I watch it. (I LOVE YOUTUBE)

I poked the amazing "Breakthrough" Youtube that I posted just now for target 9 in my Dream Remote Viewing Experiment thread

      and

the ad in the "OPENING POST" of this thread popped-up.

I liked the ad so much
and, it made me think about using it for the
Opening Post of THIS new discussion thread.

      Here is my

      ⚘DreamRemote Viewing Experiment⚘ thread.

Here is my go at object 12

I am standing near a mid height table and look down to about a foot forward and on my left side. I examine something. It has a surface that reminds me of glazed porcelain. It has a iridescent visual quality and is a mix of gray and blue. At the same time it somehow makes me think of bubble wrap.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

Ok let me have a look at ... the porcelin brick red cats are in the original bid brown packing box. Those porcelain cats.

      And

      Yes

Originally they were in bubble wrap when I brought them home from the shop. I got them out of the bubble wrap I dropped one and broke its neck.

I got some blue tack and stuck the head back on.

You can clearley see the blue tack. It lookes like a collar.

I was walking home one dat and found a BRIGHT black box

I opened it and inside was a bright white.

New drve box heeheehee. It is about 2 thirds smaller than the ordinary brown packing box. So I put the New Black box into the big brown packing box.

      Hang on a minute
I'll just take Target 12 out of the white box
And take a photo of the cats that were in bubble wrap.

Then I will return Target 12

      Target 15 ⚘is in the box⚘
The dream remote viewing experiment box
      At ny new cottage

      Ok DreamViewer's

The 15th target will be reavealed in
      6 days

⚘Hint One: on how to dream-sense the target

      Personify "Our-Dreaming-Mind"

      and talk to that Personification
      (Talk to that imaginary person)

      And ask

"What is in thr drve box?"

Here is my all time favourate song

Because it is "MY" personification of
      "Our-Dreaming-Mind"

      And my personification
      of "Our-Dreaming-Mind"
      replies to me
      THUS:

      "The Answer To Everything"

Don't ask me a mountain of questions
When there is only one answer to it all
      Do you love me,
      really love me
      as I love you
It's the answer to everything if you do

Don't give me a million excuses
When I am waiting with my arms open wide
Do you love me, really love me as I love you
It's the answer to everything if you do

      If there is someone else
      Some other place*
      Who holds your heart*
      Tell me now, truthfully
      Before we start

Don't act like you misunderstand me
When there is simply no mystery to it all
Do you love me, really love me as I love you
It's the answer to everything if you do

      ↘️↘️↘️↘️↘️↘️↘️↘️↘️↘️↘️↘️

      https://youtu.be/S3FsHHU1t6I

      ↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️

      ⚘Hint Two

      Breath naturally
      as in relax
and become aware of you breathing

      Then
on the "in breath" say in your head "silently"
      "en"

Then as you breath out (naturally)
      Whisper softly
      "Joy"

      ⚘En ... joy

      Do it 3 times

Or un till you feel womderful

Now you are in the dream zone.

      Now ask "Our-Dreaming-Mind"
What is in the drve box
      Then have a nap
      Or go to sleep,

      ⚘Napping ⚘...
      increases learning, memory,
      awareness and more.

      (...)

      Researchers*
      with Berkeley
      found*an hour nap
      to dramatically increase
      learning ability and memory.
Naps sort of provide a reboot,
where the short term memory is
cleared out and our brain becomes refreshed
      with new defragged space.

      ⚘*

So how long should you nap?

      Experts say a
10 to 20 minute “power nap”
is best for refreshing your mind
      and increasing energy and alertness.
The sleep isn’t as deep as longer naps,
which allows you to get right back
      at your day upon waking.

A 30 minute nap can lead to
      30 minutes of grogginess,
      as you are often waking
just as your body enters the deeper stages of sleep.

      You’ll experience some
      of that same fogginess
if you sleep for an hour,
      but
60 minute naps are good for memory boosting.

      *

      The longest naps
      —around 90 minutes—
      are good for those people
who just don’t get enough sleep at night.
      It’s a complete sleep cycle
      and
can improve emotional memory and creativity.

      *

      Naps are good for you—
      physically and mentally.
But don’t sacrifice night time zzz’s
      for an afternoon snooze;
take your nap in addition to a good night’s sleep.

      ⚘⚘⚘

      An Unexplained Side Effect
      of Radiotherapy
Caused a Man to Dream in Colour
      For First Time

      9 MAY 2017

When radiotherapy is applied to the brain,
      a cancer patient can experience
      a whole slew of uncomfortable
      and distressing side effects,
      from headaches and nausea
      to hearing loss and seizures.

      But

one side effect doctors have never seen before
just cropped up in a 59-year-old Australian man
      undergoing treatment for eye cancer
      - after dreaming in black and white for his entire life,
radiotherapy suddenly changed his dreams to full colour.

Led by radiation oncologist Michael McKay from the North Coast Cancer Institute and the University of Sydney in Australia, researchers have reported how the patient's dreams switched from black and white to colour for several weeks, before reverting back to normal once the treatment had stopped.*

"During the first week of radiotherapy,
      he developed 'rapid', vivid-coloured dreams,
      which persisted throughout the course
      of his radiotherapy,"*the researchers report.

"A few days after radiotherapy, the dreams reverted to black and white and became less intense over subsequent months before ceasing."

If the idea of dreaming exclusively in black and white seems weird to you - congratulations, there's a good chance you're young.*

A 2008 study*by Eva Murzyn, a psychologist from the University of Dundee in Scotland, found that while subjects 25 years or younger were more likely to dream in colour, and almost never dreamed in black and white, those over 55 were five times more likely than the 25-and-under group to dream in black and white.

Overall,*she reported, just 12 percent of people were found to dream entirely in black and white. But this hasn't always been the case.

Back in the 20th century, researchers found that the*"vast majority"*of people surveyed actually dreamt in black and white instead of in colour.

A 1942 study*reported that only 29 percent of the university students they surveyed had the occasional coloured dream,*and by 1956, researchers were claiming that as little as 15 percent of dreams contained colour.

But by the 1960s, everything changed - coloured dreams suddenly came to the fore.

One 1962 study*wrote that ''with careful interrogation close to the time of dreaming, colour was found to be present in 82.7 percent of the dreams", and*six years later, another report found that coloured dreams were experienced by 69 percent of patients who were woken up from an REM sleep.

      So what changed?*

While it's all just speculation at this point, researchers are quick to point out the fact that by the early 20th century, black and white films were prevalent enough to possibly have an effect on how people were dreaming.*

"It was very likely that the average college student (the typical participant in these studies) had regular contact with black and white media,"*Murzyn reports.

According to the hypothesis, with the rise of coloured films and televisions came the rise of coloured dreams - by the late 1960s, nearly all movies in the US were produced in colour.

"The first colour TV shows were broadcast in 1950 (to be viewed in public places) and the first consumer colour TV sets appeared in 1954, and by 1972 the majority of US households had a colour TV,"*Murzyn points out.

This could well explain why our 59-year-old Australian cancer patient reports only ever dreaming in black and white - by the time Australian televisions had been converted to full colour*in 1975,*he was already in his 20s.

But it doesn't explain why radiotherapy to the brain would suddenly change everything.

His doctors report that during his month-long treatment, his technicolour dreams featured everything from three-dimensional algebra equations, a timeline of cars he's owned, and various species of fish he'd caught.

"The neurological events were dreams rather than hallucinations, since they immediately stopped when the patient woke up,"*the researchers explain.

Unfortunately for all of us, it hadn't occurred to the team to record the man's electrical brain activity on electroencephalography (EEG) tests, which would have given them a better idea of where the radiation was affecting his brain.

But the idea of radiation pulses being behind the sudden colour change isn't without merit - as*Alice Klein reports for*New Scientist,*people exposed to radiation during the Chernobyl disaster showed unusual brain activity EEG tests, and over a third reported abnormal dreams.

"[I] the radiation was affecting [EEG-detected] activity, then that could quite readily change the dream experience," Simon Cropper from the University of Melbourne, Australia, who wasn't involved in the study,*told Klein.

The researchers say their best bet is that the tissue irritation and swelling caused by the radiation contributed to the man's symptoms - days after the treatment had ended, the colour was gone again.

Another explanation*could be that the radiotherapy was waking the man up during various stages of sleep, causing his subconscious to remember the colour of the real world in subsequent dreams.

Without brain scans, we'll never know what happened in this particular case, and we should point out that there are many reasons why we should take this study with a grain of salt, including the sample size of one, and the self-reporting involved.

But the researchers are keen to see if other cases will crop up now that they've identified this as a potential side effect of brain-targetted radiotherapy.*

It's not a life-changing shift to suddenly see your dreams in full colour, but knowing how it happens could help us get one step closer to understanding how the brain*generates consciousness.

The research has been published in*Sleep Medicine.

(8:06) Let me give you a story I had
And I would like to see how we go
with the interconnectedness ... I recent coincidence I had.

I was thiinging about the relationship between the idea of "liking somebody and being "liked"

I am "like you" therefore I "like you".

I was going to write about it, that was yesterday.

Then I opened up our local papers
And I saw a cartoon um... a comic strip by (...) that used the samd two concepts in it.

And there is a "field" there, somehow
And part of what I'm asking is
How does that field work? (12:07)

      (12:30 to 16:30 advertising)

      We're talking about "fields"

      (16:16) Welcome back to ...
      Connecting with Coincidence...

      We are talking with
      Jo Cambray about fields.

      (...)

      Guest:Jo Cambray

I think we are in a "nested dolls" situation
in the story that you told
(about the "like you", "like you")

I focus first on the empathic dimension
      of "like you, like you"
      and
I think when we enter into
      those kind of fields
or when we begin to open-up,
      that creates (17:00)
a larger opening into a other fields
that we may be emersed in ...

      Interviewer: Bernie Bightman MD

      O O O O. Ok, i didnt get that,
      so,
      something about focusing on "Empathy"
which is getting more clearly I did,
somehow opens up connections to the larger field.

      Guest:Jo Cambray

I think there are a number of
      fairly ordinary pathways into,
what I'd call "the surplus of knowledge.
      That I think is

      "The Domain of Synchronicity"

      Can only be reached
      by things that have an
      intuitive quality about them.

Empathy is one of those things

      They are more complex

      "Attendance to Reverie"

Kind of the way the mind begins to move
      in listening to things.
Those are channels that we can discipline
      and learn to use
and I think can help us connect into
      that deeper level of "interconnectivenes"

This is actually spot on. The reason I seem so good at this is that I do not try to see an object far across the world in a mysterious location. Instead, I try to form a bond with the person running the experiment and sense what they have focused on. Subtle, but much much different. If a machine placed the object and you did not know what it was I may not have very good results. Because a conscious mind placed the object I can sort of link with that consciousness and get hints from them.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

      The term*coincidence*
      became a household word
      following the simultaneous deaths
      of Thomas Jefferson
and John Adams on July 4, 1826,
      exactly 50 years after each
      had signed the
      United States Declaration of Independence.

      They died in different places,
      Jefferson in Charlottesville, Virginia and
      Adams in Quincy, Massachusetts.
The simultaneous deaths of these two men called*out for an explanation. Did they each independently decide to leave this world on this auspicious anniversary? Or was it just a coincidence? Or something else?

The U.S president at that time
      was Adams'*son, John Quincy Adams,
      who called the coincidence
of their deaths on the nation's anniversary

"visible and palpable remarks of Divine Favor."**

      Meaningful coincidences
      carry in their surprises
      hints of an elusive explanation.

Here is a Golden Oldie from Dorris day

Dream A Little Dream Of Me

      Doris Day

      Stars shining bright above you
Night breezes seem to whisper "I love you"
Birds singing in the sycamore tree
Dream a little dream of me

Say "Night-ie night" and kiss me
Just hold me tight and tell me you'll miss me
While I'm alone and blue as can be
Dream a little dream of me

Stars fading, but I linger on, dear
      Still craving your kiss
I'm longing to linger till dawn, dear
      Just saying this

Sweet dreams till sunbeams find you
Sweet dreams that leave all worries behind you
But in your dreams whatever they be
Dream a little dream of me

Stars fading, but I linger on, dear

Dream Telepathy: Studies Prove That Humans Can Communicate With Each Other While Dreaming

New studies reaffirm the idea of human communication while sleeping, also known as dream telepathy.

As the name suggests, it is the ability to consciously or unconsciously communicate with fellow humans while sleeping (Dreaming).

The concept of dream telepathy is not a new one, in the past also, many great scientists tried to understand the mysterious phenomenon of dream telepathy. Sigmund Freud attempted to understand the implications of dream telepathy on psychoanalytic thoughts. On multiple occasions, he accepted the influence of telepathic ideas on the thought process of humans.

Carl Jung also believed in the idea of dream telepathy. Jung went on to try to explain the paranormal activities by devising a hypothesis. It is quite obvious that many great minds of the world believe in the study of ‘Supernatural’ phenomena. Nikola Tesla once said, “The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”

      Experiment And Results

Montague Ullman, in mid 1960’s began a series of experiments to test his hypothesis that humans can be made to dream selectively about randomly picked material. In simple terms, the aim of the experiments was to test if people can choose to dream about the things that they want to dream about by thinking about it before going to bed.

Soon after these experiments began, people all across the world began to take interest in it and thus Ullman was given company by Stanley Krippner (A master in the field of parapsychology and dreams.)

The experiments required a sender and a receiver who were made to meet each other just before sleep and then were made to sleep in separate rooms. The sender was given an envelope about what to think during the sleep and the receiver was then purposely awakened to report about their dreams. These experiments continued for more than 10 years and they yielded significant results.

      A Very Significant Session

Once, in a now memorable session, the receiver was shown the print of “School of Dance”, by Edgar. The print depicted several women taking dance classes. When the receiver was asked to report about his dreams, he used phrases like “I was in a school where around 10 people were there. One little girl was trying to dance with me.”

Many other sessions have also proved that there is in fact some level of dream telepathy even among total strangers. Although, we still are not able to tell why and how dream telepathy works, but we know for sure that it exists.

      Possible Explanations!

where the reality is completely different from the reality of this world. But the quantum interconnections are the best possible explanation with us at this moment of time.

With more and more studies being conducted on the subject, we are able to get more data about it and thus maybe one day we’ll be able to tell how dream telepathy works

Three False Ideas about Dreams and How to Respond

Don’t let these common misconceptions stop you from exploring your dreams.

      Posted Jun 05, 2019

Dreams are a source of eternal amazement and profound insight in human life. It’s a natural impulse to want to tell other people about your dreams, especially those that feel unusually powerful and dramatic.

People in contemporary America, however, rarely share their dreams with anyone else. Our society provides few acceptable places for discussing dreams—
      a therapist’s office,
      a sleep laboratory,
      a weird TV show.*
Outside of those spaces, dreams are generally treated as irrelevant for daily life.* Most teachers,*religious*leaders, and even mental health professionals have no training in dream interpretation, which adds to the sense that dreams are insignificant, and anyone who talks about them is just wasting time.

If other people want to ignore their dreams, fine, that’s their business. But if you want to explore the creative depths of your own*unconscious*psyche, go ahead! Don’t let their misguided skepticism get in your way. If someone challenges you with one of the following three mistaken claims about dreams, you will now know how to respond, with empirical evidence about the actual nature and functions of*dreaming.

      1. Your dream is boring, no one wants to listen to other people talk about their dreams.*

This claim is about a quarter right, meaning it’s three-quarters wrong. In an online survey I recently did with a group of more than 5,000 American adults (I’m currently analyzing the data in collaboration with Michael Schredl), 24% of the participants said they strongly or somewhat agreed with the statement “I get bored listening to other people talk about their dreams.” Meanwhile, 40% said they strongly or somewhat*disagreed*with that statement, and the remaining 36% said they neither agreed nor disagreed. The truth, then, is that while a minority of the population thinks dreams are boring, a significantly larger number of people do*not*think they are boring.

      2. Your dream means nothing,
it’s just random nonsense from the brain.*

This claim isn’t even a quarter right. In fact, it’s a rationalist*prejudice*that ignores the actual scientific data on the topic.

Going back to the 1950’s, researchers in the*content analysis tradition of Calvin Hall, Robert Van de Castle,⚘ and G. William Domhoff*have done numerous studies showing that recurrent patterns in dreams are meaningfully and predictably related to personal concerns in daily life. Anyone who thinks dreams are entirely random has probably not done any actual research on the subject. If they did, they would quickly discover there is far too much structure and consistency in dream content over time to justify the idea that dreams are pure nonsense.

      3. It’s obvious what your dream means,
      it’s plain, simple, and transparent,
      right there on the surface.*

Beware this claim especially, because whatever follows is going to express the other person’s unreflective projections, which may or may not have any relevance to your dream. Not only is this claim rude, it’s myopic. Dreams*always*have multiple meanings. This is one of the central findings of the long and rich history of Western dream psychology, from*Freud*and Jung onwards. Dreams have many, many different dimensions of meaning, and what we find depends in large part on where we start and what we’re looking for. Rushing to a single, reductive interpretation is a common reaction to the alarming polyvalence of dreams; it’s an easy way of banishing complexity and controlling what the dream is allowed to say.

The connecting thread in these three claims is that they are all ways of avoiding an open, honest encounter with the autonomous energies of dreaming. They are defensive measures that discourage the exploration of psychological realms beyond the sphere of the waking ego. Unfortunately, we live in a society where some people are uncomfortable with discussions of altered states of consciousness and different ways of thinking about reality. They don’t like pondering the possibility of an unconscious*intelligence*that overlaps with but is not identical with or controlled by the conscious self.

Not everyone is like that, however. Indeed, most are not. Many people in present-day society are genuinely interested in dreams and willing to talk about them with someone they trust. If you look around, you’ll probably find a few of those people among your family and friends. They will not discourage you and tell you that your dreams are boring, meaningless, or obvious. On the contrary, they’ll be curious about your dreams and want to hear more. And if you’re open to their dreams, and listen to them with as much respect as they listen to you, you may be surprised at how much you can learn from each other.**

      ⚘chia seeds⚘
A couple of weeks ago my mood dropped significantly
      (with that horrible floating anxiety)
      I asked myself
"what was I doing weeks earlier
      when I wasn't getting low-mood?" (or anxiety)

I remembered I was taking 4 tablespoons of chis seeds in water because "one" tablespoon has 6g of perfect protein in it, equal to one egg.

I stopped the chia seeds in water when I gave up the Vegan kick and started having real eggs and fish again.

Then, I Googled "chia seeds and mood"

I found this amazing article here is an excerpt:

      Chia Seeds For Women’s Health

      "Emotional Health and Sleep

Between hormone fluctuations and balancing life, mental health and sleep patterns can, at times, suffer. Chia seeds contain ⚘mood-boosting⚘ properties

that may help reduce ⚘mood swings⚘ and promote
      ⚘sleep⚘,

making you more resilient to the inevitable challenges life has for you.

Chia seeds are a stellar source of ⚘tryptophan⚘.

Tryptophan is an amino acid that acts like a precursor to important hormones, including the mood-regulating neurotransmitter serotonin.

⚘Serotonin⚘ plays an important role in
      promoting positive moods and
in producing the ⚘sleep hormone melatonin⚘.

Chia seeds may also boost serotonin levels through their ability to promote a healthy balanced ⚘gut microbiota⚘.

Approximately 90% of serotonin is produced in the gut and thousands of nerve endings from the gut go straight to the brain: happy gut (partly thanks to chia), happy life."

I am so happy that I found that artical

Here is the link to the full article

It is good for bones too.

I fill a 2 cup (500 ml) jug with water
Then add 3 tablespoons of black chia seeds
      And mix well.

A minute later I stir again and another minute later I stir again or it goes gluggy.

      I drink 4 of these a day.
I'm feeling good and Im sleeping good.

Can someone tell me how to turn this photo please

      20190609_175249.jpg

On your phone or pc use a photo app like drop box or any other. Edit the photo with the rotate icon. Save then upload to DV. There may be a quicker way. I am not very good with tech stuff.
