OBE or not?

Ok, so I was listening to the Hemi-Sync Lucid Dreaming tape things before I went to sleep and when it says "20" you are supposed to fall asleep. Well, I never fall asleep then and that really pisses me off, but anyway.... When it says 20 and I didn't fall asleep all of a sudden I felt really light and like I was floating and I got these white things around the sides of my eyes. It was like Black in the middle with white stripe type things around the sides and I felt like I was floating but I didn't think anything of it for a while until I went onto an Astral Projection website. So, was it an OBE/AP or not?

I am curious as to what you where listening to exactly..

I was listening to the Hemi-Sync Lucid Dreaming Tapes, Side 2 but it is on my iPod.

It just "guides" you through the lucid dream experience and tries to teach yo uhow to LD and how to become Lucid, stuff like that. (I believe someone here gave it to a bunch of other people and there was a big fuss about it.)

Cool.. I will have to find a copy of that and try it. So far my success on LD's has been limited and though this site is helpful I think I need some additional help with it.
