      Rapid Dreaming Experience

This morning around 6:30, I awoke, turned off my alarm clock and went back to sleep. Before this I'd had eight and a half hours of sleep. I fell back asleep and had a Non-lucid dream. When I was next woke up It was about 6:40.

So I fell asleep, went thru some sleep stages, dreamed a "Bizarre" dream, and then woke up, (in the cool part).

      Anyone else had this?

Yup. I've had dreams that feel like they go on for hours only to wake up and find out that its been just a few minutes. I've also had the reverse happen. I remember one dream where I was walking around for what felt like a few seconds when in reality, I was asleep for hours. I'm not sure how or why that works though.

I have to say that I recall most of my dreams in between times that I push the snooze on my alarm clock. I always thought that was because I never fully awakened when I hit the snooze. So because of that I fell back into a deep sleep faster. Then my alarm would go off again just as I was getting into another dream.

Makes sense, time can go in seconds if your entertained or tired, but can also be hours, if your bored or exited.

      Hey I'm writing from school.

Yeah, I come on before first hour, during first hour and sometimes in forth hour. Then I usually come back on around 6-8 pm.

I think this dream time thing has everything to do with ones ability for recall. When I sleep all night with absolutely no dream recall, time doesn,t seem to pass.

This morning, after I failed to astral project, I had three dreams in the period of 10 minutes and woke up.

      Crazy stuff.

This has happened to me many many times. I can have several different dreams in the course of an hour. I'm far more prone to dreaming when I nap actually. When I sleep for a full 8 hours I'm often so tired that my dreams are blurry and sensless. The most vivid dream I ever had only lasted for 30 minutes.

To bad there so short, at least when the timing is normal.

It's really bad when you having a cool dream.
