Shared dreaming isn't a proven phenomenon. Some people here would testify it is real, others would tell you point-blank that it's all in yer head. Either way, nobody's got a specific method available. Or at the least, not a method that's worked for multiple people.

I know that the times I've had dream sharing were extremely random and of course I verified the dreams' details with the other people but I dont know how, or if it can be forced. Ive tried with only one successful attempt at meeting up at a specific location which held particular meaning to me and someone else, but we both decided on the location prior to it happening so I dont think that necessarily means it was really us we saw. We could've just created dream versions of each other. If you think about something enough its bound to happen in one form or another, dont get me wrong I thought it was really odd but I'm always highly skeptical and want further proof.

Since we had one seemingly successful attempt what I'm trying to do with that person now is, see if she can repeat back to me a 5digit number that I pick and only tell her in the dream when actually the number is going to be 4 digits but I wont tell her that until we are in the dream .

So far no results and if I were you I would try a method similar to that one were there is no way they could possibly randomly have the same information you try to pass to them.

Also another method you could try is when you wake up dont say a thing and write a testimonial of sorts and see if anything matches up. Thats what I did with the seemingly random shared dreams...We both wrote it down and compared notes

Why don't you just do something specific that you wouldn’t o’course tell her beforehand? Like, for example, get her whooping you up a good ol' English breakfast, or alternatively tell her to get you a cuppa tea with crumpets, or ask for a blowjob. Then when you're both awake proceed to verify subsistence of shared-dreaming phenomena, by asking her what you asked her. Better than four-digits, no?
Yes you know I'll die for you
And ya know I'll ride with you
I will always try with you
And give ya my love, and cry with you

That was the closest thing I could think of to actually being in the same dream...

In my case, my wife decided to WILD while I was in REM. Right into my dream.
She was lucid and I wasn't.
And our dreams were about 90% the same. Also distinctly different from the usual dreams I have.

...er...there weren't any +, -, * or /'s. Only ='s. Lots of ='s. Though they didn't seem to fall in any particular order.
