People make a lot of claims, Im not afraid to do that. Hardly anyone can perform to great of feats with psionic abilities, as with most skills, it take a lot of work and effort. If you want to do this, be serious and dilligent in your efforts, you dont have to neccessarily believe in all this either, just keep an open mind and trust yourself. Believe in yourself, not in the outside world, you have a lot of potential, go off that.

In terms of pychic abilities, if you learn to lucid dream, and then astral project from the lucid dream, you can do activites in the astral plane that can be translated into the real world. For example, you could project and then heal a person from a distance, balancing their energies. Or you could visit a friend and see what they are doing, or even try to find a lost person by calling their name. This is perfectly normal in the astral world, but once you wake up and confirm the effects of your astral experience it could be perceived as psychic powers.

thanks for the input. I've heard people talk about astral projecting from lucid dreams alot, but I'm not exactly sure how to do it, like what do you do once lucid???

It can happen spontantiously easily enough, but It also seems that you can simply command that it happen by force of will. Try doing that

If you want to astrally project from a lucid dream, do the following:

When you become lucid look for a hard surface, like a wall or better yet a mirror.
Run up to it as fast as you can. Right as you are about to crash you will project out of your body and into an OBE, likely in your bedroom.

I'm not sure what the theory behing it is, but I know firsthand it works. I suspect it is the awareness you draw to your physical body at the moment of crash makes your astral body shot out.

Let me know how it goes.

I practiced telekinesis a few months ago and learned some pretty basic stuff. After about 3 days of practicing I was able to spin a psiwheel pretty good, I could make is spin in one direction then make it stop and spin the other direction at will. I eventually became bored with it after about 2 weeks and havent done it since.

Where did you read about this?

Yeah, Thorz, can you say more how you got the psi-wheel to turn? Did yo need to mediate first or visulaze anything? Did you feel tired afterwards? Where you able to turn the wheel if you but it under a glass so that no air currents from the hands can turn it? I have done some reading on it and many skeptics claim that warm air from the hands, or the hands redirecting subtle ait currents, cause the wheel to turn.

Alternatively , you can leave a window open and bobs-your-uncle .

The so-called PSI-wheel is something that I made in 3rd grade (or so) and we used it in science class to explain how hot air works. Its just a cheap parlor trick, dont be fooled.
