in an OBE must you be able to see your physical body at rest?
ie, is it possible I am having an OBE if:
I am sleeping and get up from my resting position and begin to "lucid dream" from that point?

This post would be better served in the Beyond Dreaming section. Sorry I can't give you any useful info about OBE's, but I'm sure someone in the Beyond Dreaming forum could help you. Good Luck!
I've had two OBEs, and in neither one did I see my body sleeping.
Oh! sorry all, posted in wrong forum, i'll move this.
If your "body" is not there, it's not an OBE, and even if your "body" IS there, it's not unknown for DCs to impersonate the dreamer in a lucid scenario, making such a dream a non-OBE in the classic sense.Quote:
