      Rub the 3rd eye

      I have read that rubbing your hands is stimulation for hand chakras. And it is true.
      But try to rub your forehead for 10-20 sec and then concentrate on your 3rd eye.
      The effect is mightier than that from meditation.

      why your forehead u cannot reach your third eye threw the skull wouldnt it be more potent to stick a finger in your ear. what if you meditate for long time u still think that u dont know if 10-20 secs is better than 100 times that exersice maybe if you have really powerfull hands. still stick it in your ear then!
