Thread: Sharing Dreams

shared dreams are possible, i know because i have had one with someone that i know.
heres the story:

I was having a dream that someone i knew was telling me about his dream, which was that a character from the book "lord of the flies" called jack was on a beach, and he wrote his name in the sand. Anyway the day after, i asked him if he had a dream last night, because i thought it might have of been a shared dream, because it didnt feel like a normal dream, i cant explain it it just felt more real and relaxed. It turned out that he had a dream about jack writing his name in the sand, but he didnt remember speaking to me in his dream at all.

Its unexplainable how people have shared dreams, and whats even more perplexing is that i spoke to him in my dream, and i wasnt even in his, maybe psycic ability comes into it somewhere, because i have always felt weird things around me, and i sometimes have known where some things are without knowing what they are or even how they got there. once i was walking with my friend in the park, and i stopped and started searching the grass for no reason, but i knew that there was something there, after about five seconds of searching found a five pound note in there. So psycic ability may come into this which adds even more questions, and makes things even more confusing.

well,this is my field,i know a LOT about psycic ability,becous i know some of them,and evin taught them sucssesfuly!

so whats your thought on this matter then...

I believe I have had a dream sharing experiece. I have discussed this with my friend before, she claims she has had a dream sharing experience with her cousin aswell. So afew months ago, I was talking to her on msn messenger about dreamsharing just before she logged off to go to bed, I said "so lets do it! lets make it our intent to share a dream" and she said ok, I will try. So when I went to bed I though about it briefly, then fell asleep, and the next day when I spoke to her, I kinda doubted it, and expected that the dream share didnt happen, so I told her what had happened in my dream, that the dream scene we were in a specific pub that we go in, and the things she had said, in the dream she was saying unkind things about me to our friends, and I gave an angry reaction and stormed off. So when I had told her the place the dream was set and some of our friends who were there, she looked so shocked, and then she asked me what was said, and I told her, however I could not remember word for word, but she did say that she was being sarcastic and nasty about me (which was awkward to discuss) and how I stormed off after getting annoyed. So this was either a very strange coincidence or a dreamsharing experience, the fact that we dreamed about the same place, the same people, and the same behaviour or general gist of what was said, shows me that it definately could be a shared dream. Id like to believe it was more than just coincidence, because we had intended to do it, and we were both so shocked to hear each others dreams more or less matched up because neither of us expected that it would happen, we just thought it would be funny to atleast try somehow or consider it could happen. interesting stuff.

I think shared dreams are possible. Mabyed dreams aren't ‘in our head’ as we thought?

My friend, who I introduced to the whole lucid dreaming, had one before me. I made him promise that if he had any more, he'd try to wake me up, or contact me in it. The other night, I had a dream I was in a room with no doors or windows. I was sat at a table, with a phone in the middle of it. I couldn't move. The phone number was 805317, and it started ringing. I picked up, and it was my friend. He told me I was dreaming, and that I had to wake up. I started to become lucid, but woke up...
The next day, I asked my friend if he'd had any dreams, and he said all he could remmeber was a number... 805317...
Could be a coincidence, but I don't think so
