i mean, its basically like being a ghost who is a spy, you cant be seen or detected. heck, if they put people who are very well trained in OBE's in the US military, we would have already have found Osama. theres also the advantage of knowing their plans to strike, and also where they are located, and what kind of firepower they have.

Well this has been implemented by the government since the cold war. They call it remote viewing or distant viewing.

that's why i wloudn't teach ppl OBEs when i found out how to do them,the last thing we need is the US having an army of trained OBE users,i wloud teach it to the ppl loyal to me from my countrey,then later the world
