      In my opinion i don't think you should get back at them at all. That being said. If you must seek revenge.....why would you use dreams? I mean... of all the ways to get back at someone you want them to wake up feeling sad or scared? Think about all the work you would have to do to find out if this is possible, and if it is, train yourself to do so...wait for them to fall asleep.. have many failed attempts...all to rock their emotional life? Dood. just hit them in the head with a stick.

      Don't do anything then Burns three-fold rule will screw them over. Then the score will be 3-1 you instead of 10-3 him. 10 being 9+1.
