This happened awhile back ago. I Was inducing, I think my second or third Luid dream for the night.
I was laying in bed listening to my breathing, and than the weirdest thing happened. Normally I would just feel sp and know that I was dreaming. In this case I rolled around of bed, out the middle of my body like I was in a spin cycle. I was also floating out of bed. I ended at the end of the next of my bed on the floor. I could see my bed, but I couldn't see me, which I recently heard that was a sign of OBE, thoug I've not really sure that I did of one. I think I'm even scared now looking back at it.

For a period of time my OBEs usually started the same way. I would practice a technique of slowing down my breathing and heartrate, and then speeding up my heartrate but not my breathing. I would lose track of the moment and attempt to sit up out of the bed and find myself partially in the floor because the experience was so subtle that I was unaware that the transition had taken place.
What a long, strange trip it's been.
