ok last night i came to thinking when i was in a dream and i awoke in the dream sometimes i was holding a item like a newspaper or something thne i thought hmm i wonder if i was lucid and tryed to grab soemthing and hold on to it tight and like believed hard enough to visualed some how that when i awake the item i had grabed and held on to would become real when i would wake up try it and see if any thing happens
