I really dont think that you could take something out of your dream...

None of us would ever work if that was the case because we'd all have made kickass inventions or have tons of money because we took it from our dreams.

Hmm, it's certinly a fascinating topic, but i doubt ANY person from this forum will be able to do it.

What you can try to do is bring back knowledge from your dreams... and win mad money... mabey...

Dreams are all in your head... you're not connected to some magical force or something that makes you konw all the answers if you ask it in your dreams, and neither can you take stuff from your dreams.... they're simulations from your brain.

yeah it's not possible to bring something tangible back with you from a dream... that's not how they work...

i've tried the asking questions thing too... didn't work 100% of the time... more like 50% and even then it was obvious stuff.

i've tried problem solving while lucid; that seemed to work well but it wasn't 100% accurate either.

It may be possible if you're strong enough and have enough will power. If so, very few people could actually do it.

It's possible. in fact, it is possible for me to snap my fingers and have an elephant run past my house exactly 2.3 seconds later. However, it is improbable.

Yes there was that hoax at ld4all about this.

A similar thing was done in the movie Solaris (2002 version).

I dont think its possible to bring something physical out of a dream into the real world.

I had a dream once that I was smoking cannabis and when I woke up I was still under the influence of it. That was weird.

i've never brought anything back but i've taken things along into my dreams, it's kinda strange too start a dream with your toothbrush in your hand then wake up and find it in the same hand ( I fell asleep with it in my hand )

Maybe though, just maybe. Since, in my opinion, matter is created and affected by energy. You have energy, mental dream style, in your dreams, so perhaps you could somehow compress and manipulate that energy to bring it out with you in whatever form, or create it just after you get out of your dream. I doubt it could be done without a lot of practise though, and/or extraordinarily lucky circumstances.

Funny thing is I've been smoking bud for about 3 years now, and not once have I had a dream where I actually smoked... strange, even though I spent a good amount of waking hours with it on my mind.
Asked my friends, they all agreed they had never had a dream about smoking either, how about you guys?

it happened! I brought something out of my dream into the physical!

I dreamt that I was eating creamed cheese, it tasted so nice that I thought I would save some for later. I didnt have any pockets on my trousers so I just stuffed it right down my pants...
anyway, when I woke up IT WAS STILL THERE!
...didn't taste the same though, I ate it anyway...

Fascinating. Anyway, Don Juan claims that the "inorganic beings" can forcefully remove our physical self from this realm if they first remove our energy.
