Hey everyone :lol:
I have a really strange question to ask about oobe's. I don't think that it is very possible, but here goes...
Ok, say if two people in the same room purposely had oobe's at the same time, and tried to slip back into each other bodies, would it work? :|
I don't think so.. But why not?

i read somewhere that it isnt as ur energy force is different and protects u form any intruders.....but i can quote a reliable source that done this

(As a side note: many people have claimed that Lobsang Rampa was discredited, that he was 'exposed' as being nothing more than an English plumber cum writer on metaphysics. But, if you read his first book 'The Third Eye' you'll see that he fully explained his circumstances, and how he came to be living in the body of an English Plumber. He claims to have swapped bodies with a suicidal English plumber who was about to kill himself - while his own Tibetan body lay dying of wounds. This feat was accomplished during an astral operation carried out by high ranking Tibetan masters (spirit masters) to preserve Rampa's unfinished life path, while freeing the Plumber (with his full permission) who was at the exact end of his life. Personally, I found Rampa's books to be very good reading, and they contain a great deal of useful information on projection, clairvoyance, metaphysics, etc.)

That plumber story sounds pretty interesting, it'd be amazing if it could happen. I don't know enough about OOBE's to comment. Good Luck with them though :wink:

No. You cannot.
Edit:
You cannot project into somebody elses body because:
1) It would of been discussed before, obviously. I haven't seen any account of it anywhere within 2,000 pages of Astral Projection discussion.
2) It would be rejected by the chakras, or something of the sort.
3) You would die if you managed to get in. Your mind is accustomed to your body, suddenly changing what it controls, even if it is still a human, will kill you, I imagine.
I can't say, I'm not an expert at OBEs.

It apperas that you cannot. Accoridng to "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce, when you have an OOBE you actually send a duplicate of your conciousness out of the body. It percieves the astral environment, then returns to the body and "downloads" the experience. Thus, your conciousness is always in your body and thus your body is always "occupied". OF course this is one interpretation. Some people claim that they have struggled to return to their bodies while OOBEing, and tell of a spirit trying to enter their body, but they can just scare it off.
On a related note, people who OBE claim they can see other spirits who are OBEins as well as people deep in meditation.
