The first step is to recognize what causes such an unwelcome feeling. Then who needs any kind of meditation? Non existing problem once recognized dissolves itself. |

I'm wandering if anyone knows any good ways of healing beyond the physical body. |

I'm tired being sorry.
thanks rav. The unwelcome feeling is always underlying any other state of mind. It's not non-existing, it's very real and trying to push into recognition. It seems much deeper than that, how would it dissolve? |

I would still insist that this problem is only a projection of you mind. Your mind has created it and your mind is trying to fight it as it only disturbs. But I know how difficult is to admit to yourself that life is not exactyl as we wished. |

Take a walk through a serene forest and put all your worries and people behind you. |

Have you ever had a Reiki treatment? This actually helps to "tune" the chakras. I had a treatment about a month ago it was one of the best experinces of my life. The practioner was able to tell me what chakras need the most work and was able to clear some of the stagnant engery out when I was there. Before the treatment I was having alot of pain. I was able to draw the enrgy up into the area of my body that it was coming from. After the treatment she asked me if I had something going on in the exact spot and I hadn't even told her before hand. The next week I was completely at peace and felt great. Cannot wait to do it again. |

Thanks for the suggestions. I need to look into chakra, Reiki treatment or something similar. |
