Right. Weird experience. I was meditating to relaxing music in my bed late at night, and suddenly something happend. I felt like I was 'blending' with the music, like some kind of trance. I was like a liquid, streaming through the sounds and waves of music, my imagination (I was vizualising while meditating) suddenly felt real and vivid, or powerful. My heart began to beat very fast, and so got faster. And harder, my eyelids began to twitch simultanously! I turned the music down in shock. I felt like I was going to levitate out of my body or something. I began to sweat and started tingling for a little while.

It stopped when I stopped meditating.

It happened the next night too, I felt like I was going to have an OBE, even when I stopped - but only on that night. Anyone know what this could be? Suggestions? Could this be good or bad?

Sounds like an OBE, possibly a WILD but I hear that's near immposible to do before bed. I suggest you try it again, and wait it through. =]

What's if I was really tired?

The thing is, I wasn't tired niether times nor was I feeling ready for sleep.

OBE's scare the hell out of me!

How can I induce a lucid dream like this?

Well, I would opt to believe that it's a OBE. And there nothing really to be scared of. Nothing can enter your body, you can't lose your body (Silver Cord) and you can't be harmed.

That is if OBEs are real.

If you weren't even about to fall asleep, I'm not sure if you could lucid or not. Maybe someone who can actually help will reply. =p

      Thanks.

      Anyone else? Please!

I swear, I'm fully awake - yet I feel like I can step right out of my body if I felt like it!
