Hey, i've been hearing a lot about chakra's, crown chakra's, third eyes, chi, and all that stuff when the topic of astral projection and OBEing comes up. If anyone can just help me out or give me some links that could explain some of these things to me that would be awesome :D

And one more thing ---------- The Astral Beings... are they real? like as in real people or real souls or something. Are these astral beings other people APing, or are they just things that reside in the astral planes, just like we live in the physical plane? Although i've heard that our souls actually live in the Astral Planes, and that we are just "tools" for the physical planes. Hmm some confusing stuff lol. Thanks for any info though, i really appreciate it :D
Chakras are several points in our bodies that channel our energies, and give us certain feelings and abilities, when a chakra is out of balance it will cause certain disturbances, for example, the heart chakra, if its perfectly balanced it can lead to unconditional love, loyalty, when its energies are to much there it can lead to conditional love, obession, when there is to little, it ca lead to depressions,hate..etc, some people say there are certain yoga like exersises to balance these chakras, but I say it has nothing to do with yoga..and I dont think the chakra literaly exist, at especially that point, they are just energies and feelings around you that you need to balance, not my yoga, but my consideration, right thought, right action, meditation, awareness..couple of other things, its more of a mental then a phsysical thing(some also say inbalanced chakras lead to phsysical problems..like headaches or something)
The third eye is one of the chakras, basicly its the spot just between your eyebrows and then a little bit higher, it can used in LDing so they say, it can be used in AP, or to see beyond the pshysical.
Chi is basicly life energy or life force, the energy that is within everything, including us, the energy of which everything is build of, the fuel that runs us, all living things, even the planet itself exist of chi, all sorts of. Your soul is made out of chi aswell, basicly a whole lot of it pressed together in one energy form.
The diffirence between AP and OBE? I think an OBE takes place in the pshysical plane, it projects your soul into the pshysical pane sort to speak, so you could like fly around and see your friend or something. AP, on the other hand(I dont practise OBE, AP I do though) projects you into the astral plane, which is a whole other level of existance, not like the pshysical plane, which its every own inhabitans. Of course, I cant prove that, and its everyboies personal opinion about if they are real or not, I think, for myself, I know, they are real. But one needs some personal proof I think to be able to comfirm it.
Our souls are everywhere btw, both here, the astral plane, and all the other planes, well, actually, we have several bodies which our soulc an inhabit, so once you go the astral, your body leaves your physical body and enters its astral, same with all the other planes, which are very hard to reach in our current forms. :)

To be honest with you, I dont really know as Im not sure yet if OBEs even exist, I do AP, and when I project out of my body its always the astral plane, and not the phsysical plane, so I dont really know hwo to induce an OBE at will, if such a thing exists. :?
