Yeah what Oneironaut said. You can think of it as a Lucid Dream where you start out in the room that you fell asleep in, and you can see your body still lying there. |

Its slightly different then that. OBEs/OoBES (Out Of Body Experiences) are triggered by "Astral Projection." This is having your "Astral Self" leave your physical body, allowing your mind too wander the world while your physical body sleeps. Meaning, you actually leave your body behind. |
