I have not had any OBE's, but what I think is that OBE's are when the soul are leaving the body.
I am not 100% sure we have a soul, but if people really can see their self laying in the bed, if it's not a dream, this is the only thing I can imagine.

Eh, I have a scientific viewpoint on most things.

I try to make sense of things. I think its more likely that an induced OBE is a WILD, because the induction techniques are similair, and if you want to induce it, and if you succeed the things that will happen will be almost exactly like what is going to happen according to the OBE book/website you read, because you expect it to. I try to apply logic. Kinda like a vulcan, now that I think of it.
