viking-45, I advise you to discuss unscientific phenomena in the Beyond Dreaming forum where posters are more open to the supernatural. Despite my skepticism, I am intrigued by the numerous accounts of so-called shared dreams. Perhaps there is some validity to this phenomenon after all.

Moving to Beyond forum... much better chance of a reply there.

Use a dictionary! Actually, I was always under the belief that "facetious" meant "not being serious," but the Compact Oxford English Dictionary defines it as "trivially or inappropriately humorous." Go figure.
