i dont know what that could be...is it like that thing when you jolt awake suddenly and it feels like you have just fallen out of bed? bit like an electric shock it happens just as you start to fall asleep? |

I've had this thing happen to me several times now. A few minutes after, or at least I think a few minutes (could happen right when) I fall asleep, all of the sudden my consciousness will wake up. It's like I was knocked out before and just woke up. The thing is my bodies still asleep. I usually feel vibrations and sleep paralysis. I have this feeling like I'm about to leave my body, but I always get scared and force myself awake, usually by taking a huge breath. I've always wanted to stick with it til the end, but the one time I did I felt this strange click throughout my body and this feeling of fear washed over me. The thing is though, after I wake myself up, it happens again and again every time I fall asleep. It's almost a series of the same thing. It makes sleep tough to get sometimes, so I'm hoping somebody has an idea what it is. |

No, theres what feels like a minute of me being conscious, and thinking, but not being able to move and such. |

I experience something very much like it alot, it usually happens when I wake up in the middle of the night, most of the times directly after another lucid dream. But to me, its a great feeling, its a feeling of freedom, a feeling of release, being able to spread out my wings. |
