Have you seen the light?

I mean from time to time i see a small source of light which is moving around. The interesting things is that i see it when i am not high too. It is very bright light almost impossible to look at it. Like a mini version of the sun. And it is not an effect of the sun cos i see it in dark rooms.

If it is directly in the center of your vision, than its probably yyour third eye.

Hm interesting. But i do not know. Because usually it moves and i have to follow it in order to see it.

Well it's obviously not a light if the room is dark, is it?

Please explain in greater detail.

I'm not sure if I dreamed it, or if it was while I was awake, or if either condition changes the validity.
But when I was younger, around 12 I think, one night:

I woke up and felt like there was something in the room. I looked next to my bed (I was on the top bunk) and there was a ball of light, perhaps the size of a fist, glowing and bright, but casting no shadows and exposing none of the darkness. The light was a light unto itself. I remember feeling scared and in awe, and I think I just laid back down and fell back asleep.

This is something I remember often, and clearly, but never have thought too much about since I wrote it off as simply being a dream, or an overactive imagination.

Any thoughts/ideas?
